I'm pretty certain there's a lot of 'him' in Tommy. O'Leary's a co-creator of the show, yes? If you see his stand-up act, it's very 'Tommy'. Nasty Irish boy. My wife's dazzled by him ... in a dark, fantasy of sorts. Yikes. I'd take a crack at being 'Tommy' for a night! Two gorgeous women? Yikes again.

There is something very sexxxy about that bad boy. BTW, he has been married to the same woman for 20-some years.

First episode I've caught in about a year. Somewhere along the line I lost track of the show, I think it moved nights here in Canada. Rescue Me is a heck of a show though, one of my favourites.

yeah, I've missed a bunch of them too. I watched a recent episode and didn't understand half of what was going on. Love the show though.

Incredible line. Watched Sunday's episode last hour. Best of the season, in my opinion.

I watched it last night and it was definitely a different type of show, but like many others, I can't understand the dialog! Maybe I will get used to it, or I'll turn on closed caption. Used to have the same problem with West Wing. I liked the way the characters were portrayed, although I didn't necessarily know what was going on. Maybe I will rent the earlier seasons to catch up.

Great. I was planning to do stuff, but now I'll be glued to the TV: it is a great show, with an interesting backstory too. Apparently I've missed a bunch of shows, so it's gonna take me awhile to get back up to speed.

Um, teaching your students 'Rescue Me' dialogue is probably not a good idea...
