That's an Alexa quirk,  you should be able to  force it to load the skill with the following.

"Alexa,  play the Radio Paradise skill"

We're waiting on  amazon for this.
Either they add support to custom skills for speaker groups.  ( we assumed they would do this eventually,  a lot of skills are waiting for this.  )

Or they support gapless playback in their music skills.   ( due to early devices having underpowered  hardware  not sure if/when this will happen )

I must say I really miss using multi speaker playing RP using Tune in as a source. I know the quality isn't as good that way but loved hearing RP all over the house in sync.

When is the RP skill likely to support multi-speaker (group) or is this an Amazon issue allowing it's feature use in the skill?

For the Alexa skill,  sometimes  disabling and re-enabling the skill can help.

Can do that via voice command.  "Alexa,  disable Radio Paradise"
Then "Alexa,  enable Radio Paradise"


Regarding TuneIn there's an issue with RP being blocked in the UK, secondary streams seem to work for now.
It's likely to be that way for awhile.

For weeks, maybe months, RP (direct) via Alexa on Echo has not been working.  Sometimes one song would play and then stop but mainly it just wouldn't work at all.  It worked well with Radio Paradise on Tune-In but the quality doesn't seem as good and I can't ask Radio Paradise what's playing.

But just today, I noticed it's working direct again!!

This has been giving me a lot more trouble than usual as well.   Will see what can be done.
I had to unplug and plug it back in to get mine working again yesterday.

I too am having issues getting RP via Alexa in the UK. I used to get it via Tunein, but this now only recognises the Rock Mix or Mellow Mix options, not the main/default version. I have also enabled the RP skill but when I try it on Alexa, I get an alternative and nowhere near as good imposter also called Radio Paradise.

Still not working for me.  A real bummer because I usually listen to RP while cleaning with the Alexa skill.
