Might just be networking issues.
Can try a few things.

Test the web player. Or some of the streams here.

Try downloading some offline blocks in the android app when connected to wifi.

try rebooting phone.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the android app.

All Sprint-related issues should now be solved.

Sprint pushed out an update about 3 weeks ago and since then the RP Android app went silent. No HD slide show or music.... Just the title of what song is playing. Works over WI-FI but not on cellular data. Have to listen to RP on Tune-In... :( Samsung Galaxy S5 Android 5.0

Beaker said the APN (access point names) settings on sprint need to be changed, but I can't get my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) to let me change them. I find the APN settings under wireless and networks -> mobile networks, but all the options are greyed out. I haven't rooted the phone yet, but that may be what it takes.

What carrier/phone are you using?

This happens to me as well,
I've started trying to listen in the car, and noticed this. It will sometimes play one song, then act like it is loading the new track but never play it.

Any ideas?
