This is probably a corrupted sdcard. There is some more info here. https://forums.androidcentral.com/general-help-how/255566-solved-android-what-do-if-sd-card-mounted-read-only-cant-write-sd-card.html Have a few options 1. use an app or pc to repair it. 2. Reformat it after backing up anything important from the phones storage settings. 3. Replace it.

I'm on a Oneplus 3 with Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). When I started the app in airplane mode, it played one song and stopped. It took me a while and I solved this totally by chance: to get those (relatively) new "Cache Blocks" to work, one has to 'stop' them (square icon on the right border of the block) and then 'start' them again (play icon left to the stop icon). At least that helped in my case!

Now I'mlooking forward to somebody who send me the link to the app with the centerglobe and rainbow, and when it's getting startet, the letters radioparadise come up one after the other. Do you know help? Thank you very much in advance, Peter

I'd suggest rebooting — & taking a close look at what's running in the background (anything — not just what appears on the current-apps list). In Android 5.x, go to Settings->Applications. For info on how to see what's running in Android 6: http://android.stackexchange.com/questions/125368/ (follow the link to enable Developer Mode).
Thanks! Will look into it before using it again.

Something in the compression process?

Yes, device storage is low. I have once (or twice, or more!) done "Clear cached data" - is this where the RP cache lives? Thanks for quick response. Yes, 'clear cached data' will delete the RP app's cache.
