Right. I forgot about that.

I was a massage therapist for 25 years, specializing in neck issues..... also worked for a chiropractor for many years.  I sleep best on my left side, too, and a pillow like this is really helpful for my various structural issues.

Same thing here. Anxiety males you fall asleep fast, but then you sleep restlessly so you're constantly exhausted.

For me, just the opposite. When I am stressed and anxious, I can barely keep my eyes open.
