did you see the pic? i have not (don't think i could look) ...so i don't know how his hands were tied....but sounds like the guy was into it for most of his life 
so ya never know he could have done it himself

On The View this morning, the ladies were talking about how his ex wives have said that he liked to tie himself up.

My theory: He had someone tie him up and couldn't get undone. He couldn't have tied his own hands the way they were tied.
