Given that far too many of us are overweight for our own good, may I suggest walking/hiking poles?

Use rubber-tipped poles for city streets and indoors.  Use carbide-tipped poles for outdoor.  Where we live in the Sage Brush steppe of British Columbia wildfire country, we hike outdoors 12 months of the year thanks to the carbide-tipped hiking poles.

Hiking poles are viewed as a tool of backpacking and serious outdoor hiking but they work just as well indoors and on city streets.    An absolute must have for aching knees.

Yes. 30. Down to 200. But I'm afraid my vanity might overdose on itself and take me down with it...
Oh hell, it's complicated. I'm one of those emotional eaters. 30 would make my knees happy though, plus a 32" waist. I might be able to love myself for a minute or two then...lolol
stupid vanity...

this is what I'm doing at the moment.  Lifestyle eating change.  No sugar, no carbs but lots of veggies and protein for two weeks.  Then gradually re-introduce small amounts of stuff.
