This is also a really annoying problem on my Echo
 

On an Echo, you should be able to fix this via:

Alexa, disable Radio Paradise
then
Alexa, enable Radio Paradise

You may have to assure her that you really do want to enable something you just disabled. 

Unfortunately, on Sonos the problem is not that easy to fix. You can correct it temporarily via:

Alexa, tell Radio Paradise to sync

Or just use this instead:

Alexa, play Radio Paradise on TuneIn

No skip function that way, though.

today is 10/3/19 and i still run into this issue every single time i try to run the RP 'skill' on my sonos one... just FYI

We do have a rough idea of what's going on.   When you start the skill  the phone app will report  that it is playing  Radio Paradise via Tune In.

Seems to be, I keep trying this every few weeks to see if an update has fixed it.  I've disabled and re-enabled the skill, de-linked and re-linked my accounts, etc.  Still having the same problem.

I had our Alexa expert take a look at this, and evidently it's a Sonos issue that is affecting several other Alexa skills as well.  He was hoping that the latest update would fix things, but evidently not.

We'll continue to investigate.
