Great song & idea. There is a little bit of an anachronism with the older style music and more contemporary expressions, e.g. 'how the hell'.

That song doesn't really work - to my ears anywhere - there's too much of a clash between the singers - it seems off-kilter. Perhaps that's intentional?

Agreed.
Not a terrible song, as in "it doesn't make my ears bleed and I only lowered the volume a couple notches when it played" but far from being goo or even interesting, just a waste of 3 minutes of airplay.
