Almost got near smothered and stomped on by crowds moving like moronic cattle towards the stage in Golden Gate Park mid '90s, back when PG hooked up with Sinead O Connor for a World of Music session, and more, apparently.

Great show with rare duets with Sinead, just that 100,000 showed up in a space that was made for 50,000.

Really enjoyed this one. Simple but sweet.

I've got so much new (to me) music off RP that it is AWESOME!!! Much of the material comes from the listeners anyway - so it's kind-of democratic...

I think we all could use more therapy in this world…

While PG's "SO" album seems to be most widely embraced, this "US" album is my all time favorite. If you can find the time, listen to the WHOLE album end to end. It's quite a story diving deep into psychology, emotion, growing and evolving. It's Gabriel's most profound and personal album. 

Peter Gabriel is one of those computer nerds that for some reason finds himself sexy and irresistible. :)

Please more PG. Genesis was nothing after him. Its a 9 :)

I agree with comments below...less Peter Gabriel would be welcome. I loved Genesis in the day and really admire PG but it is beginning to all sound the same...I especially like Tiggers comment about "monotonic"...great phrase...and I want PG to be nothing less that brilliant to me. And k-man! Love the black and white rainbow idea

This song and album made such a significant impression on me back in the early 1990s.  And I still love it. 

I understand that RP is not a democracy and that is all for the better. But if I could vote I would cast my ballot for less Peter Gabriel.

This album came shortly after he and Rosanna Arquette parted ways and apparently played something of a cathartic role for him.  Turns out the album really helped me thru my own rather unpleasant breakup at that time.  All better now!

Back during the times of Rhythm of the Heat, San Jacinto, PG would write cool songs in the first person, yeah, but they were really about other people. This? It's a rehash of a therapy session.

Now, before rolling your eyes and chastising me for failing to recognize genius, be aware that I have a long history listening to Peter. From Foxtrot through the Lamb to So, I've loved listening to Peter (and the rest of Genesis, yes). Everything that I've heard from him in the last, wow, twenty years just sounds to me like more Birdy.

Wow, a PG song I kind of like. That's very rare for me. But I'm getting better.

PG is in my personal top 5. Easy. Probably top 2 if I were to think about it a little more. One of the great successes in my musical life is to introduce my wife to PG and have her love the music as much as I do.
